Gender Based Violence

Working with women and health for the past 30 years, NFCC quickly realized the pervasive role of gender discrimination and violence and its direct impact on the uptake of health and services in Nepali society. The need to integrate sexual violence into its work and programming became clear as many reproductive health morbidities and conditions could be traced to various forms of violence that have become an innate reality for many Nepali women.
